Ingredients:
- 1 lb. whole pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs. grated fresh ginger or teaspoon
dry ginger
- 1 tbs. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbs. brown sugar
- 4 tbs. sesame seeds

Preparation:
Combine soy sauce, garlic,
ginger and sesame oil. Place tenderloin in a heavy plastic bag, pour
soy mixture over to coat. Let marinate 2 hours at room temperature
or overnight. Remove pork from marinade, pat dry. Mix together
honey and brown sugar in a shallow plate. Place sesame seeds on
separate shallow plate. Roll pork in honey mixture, coating well;
then roll in sesame seeds. Roast in a shallow pat at 375ºF for
20-30 minutes, until meat thermometer, inserted, registers 160ºF.
Remove to serving platter, slice thinly and serve.
