Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. beef (top sirloin)
- 1 tbs. butter
- 2 large onions
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 tbs. tomato paste
- 2 lbs. slivered seeded cucumber -
slice match stick size
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt & pepper

Preparation:
Cut meat into short thin
strips. Saute in butter until browned. In a separate pan,
suate onions in butter. Add mushrooms and cook briefly.
Reserving 2 tablespoons of
the sour cream, stir remainder with the onions, mushrooms, tomato paste,
cucumber, dill, mustard, salt and pepper.
Combine with meat in a
casserole. Cover and bake in preheated 350ºF oven 1 hour or until
meat is tender. Ten minutes before serving stir in wine and
remaining sour cream.
